Reservations

The services offered at Trilogy Skin Concepts are available by appointment only. The easiest way to schedule a service is through our online booking platform. For any scheduling issues, please reach out to us at info@trilogyskinconcepts.com or by calling 949-338-4562.

You are required by law in the state of California to complete an Assessment Appointment with our Doctor of Nursing Practice prior to receiving the following services at Trilogy Skin Concepts: Botox and Microneedling.

This is a one-time virtual appointment for your first Botox or Microneedling treatment at Trilogy Skin Concepts. If your Assessment Appointment with our DNP is not completed before your scheduled appointment at Trilogy Skin Concepts, it will be canceled. 

Accepted Payment Methods

Cash, debit/credit cards, and Trilogy Skin Concepts gift cards are accepted. If any form of payment is unable to be processed, the customer is fully responsible for completing payment before leaving our office following a service. 

Children and Minors

Due to safety reasons, no children are allowed to accompany you at your appointment. For liability purposes, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if a child under the age of 18 comes with you. If a minor is receiving treatment at Trilogy Skin Concepts, a Minor Release Form must be filled out and an adult is required to be present for the duration of their service.

Cancellation and No-Show Policies

We uphold a 24-hour cancelation and reschedule policy. Reservations must be canceled and/or rescheduled at least 24-hours prior to your appointment time to avoid a late charge. If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, this is considered a “no-show” and you will be charged accordingly.

Trilogy Skin Concepts reserves the right to charge the following fees if an appointment is not canceled or rescheduled greater than 24 hours prior to the appointment time, or if a client no-shows. 

For Botox appointments: $100 non-refundable fee

For Consultation appointments: $50 non-refundable fee

For all other services: a non-refundable fee equal to 30% of the scheduled service value 

Fees are charged from the required card stored in your customer profile. If payment is unable to be processed for late cancellations and/or no-show fees, you will receive notice from Trilogy Skin Concepts, and you are unable to book future appointments until fees are paid. 

Late Arrival Policy

To avoid delaying our next guests, your treatment will end at its scheduled time and you will be held responsible for the full treatment cost. We reserve the right to refuse service if a client is later than 10 minutes to their scheduled appointment time, and the client will be charged a late cancellation/no-show fee outlined above.


Returns and Refunds Policy

Products: Once purchased, products are non-refundable, non-returnable/exchangeable. In the circumstance of an adverse or allergic reaction to a product(s), please contact us with details at info@trilogyskinconcepts.com.

Services: No refunds are offered for any service at Trilogy Skin Concepts. However, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your experience. If unhappy with your service or have feedback, please contact us at info@trilogyskinconcepts.com.


SERVICES & TREATMENT PACKAGES: Pre-paid treatment packages are not subject to refunds. Packages are valid for 1 year after the purchase date. If you are unsatisfied with your purchased treatment package, please email us with details at
