Memberships FAQ’s

  • Initial payment of $79 or $129 takes place after your first appointment for your monthly membership. A 3 month minimum commitment is required. Billing for all monthly memberships will take place on the 15th of each month and will remain on autopay. A valid debit or credit card is required to be placed on file for all payments. If payment is declined, we will contact you for updated card information. If we do not hear back within 72 hours, your membership will be cancelled. Charges for monthly memberhsips are not eligible for refunds.

  • A one-time courtesy “skip” is available should you not be able to come in for your monthly service. Trilogy Skin Concepts requires a minimum 30-day notice to place a “skip” on your account. Info@trilogyskinconcepts.com

  • Monthly memberships are non-transferable and are exclusive to the member only. Monthly credits do not roll-over to the next month under any circumstances. Members assume responsibility to make appointments within the time frame for monthly use.

  • For cancellation, Trilogy Skin Concepts requires written notice no later than 30 days before your next billing cycle. Please send a written termination request to Info@trilogyskinconcepts.com
