Weekly Advice With Kristyna

You have officially joined one of the coolest clubs on the internet—my blog. Now, before we get rolling with all of the amazing content that I have in store for you… I wanted to start by welcoming you to Trilogy Skin Concepts family!

My hope is that this weekly blog will serve as a source of education for you! I want this to be something that you truly look forward to reading each and every time it pops up, this week we're talking prebiotics and weight loss.

PREBIOTICS ARE KEY TO A HEALTHY GUT

1. FIBER FIRST

Fiber is known to increase GLP-1. A diet that

promotes weight gain often causes a gut issues.

2. ELECT ELECTROLYTES

Keep cells hydrated throughout the day.

3. MOVE MORE

Aim for 7,500 steps a day and increase weightlifting. Muscles move metabolic health.

4. DITCH THE JUNK

Eliminate processed foods, seed oils and junk foods. Strive for 80-90% whole diet

Healthy bacteria use fiber to create anti-inflammatory effects, one of my favorite ways to add in fiber in my diet is with SunFiber. SunFiber is a regulating fiber, used by the gut to create anti-inflammatory effects. It dissolves completely in liquid and can promote the absorption of minerals.
